Booking Fees:
A non-refundable 30% booking and administration fee is required within 3 days of the invoice date to secure Makeup Artist Zoë Tombs. This fee covers administration services and is non-refundable under any circumstances (e.g., cancellations, changes of mind, or postponements). Failure to pay releases the booking date.
Balance Fees:
An invoice will be issued for services, including details for direct debit payment. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your wedding/event date and becomes non-refundable after this period.
Final/Minimum Numbers:
Final numbers must match the booking invoice once the booking fee is paid. Clients can be swapped but not removed. Additional clients may be added subject to Zoë's approval.
Cancellations:
Booking and admin fees are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellations, changes of mind, or postponements. Paid services canceled more than 5 months before the event are eligible for a balance fee credit valid for 12 months. A new admin fee applies to secure a new date. Cancellations within 5 months require a $400 cancellation fee. Refunds for cancellations after full payment are processed minus the booking/admin fee. If Zoë is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
Force Majeure:
Zoë Tombs is not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions).
Makeup Preparation:
For the best results, ensure your skin is cleansed and exfoliated before your appointment. On the day of the service, kindly arrive with a makeup-free face. For weddings, a skincare routine is recommended at least 3–4 months in advance. Zoë is happy to provide some recommendations to support you with this if needed.
Parking:
Clients are responsible for providing suitable parking for each stylist, with arrangements made in advance at venues or accommodations. Short term parking hours are not suitable for wedding/event day services.
Allergies/Contagious Viruses:
Disclose any allergies or contagious viruses (e.g., coldsores, influenza, COVID-19). Zoë reserves the right to refuse services to clients showing symptoms or with contagious conditions.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. Website prices are updated regularly.
Travel Services:
Zoë provides mobile services in Sydney and beyond, including Southern Highlands, Hunter Valley, Central Coast/South Coast, and Blue Mountains for groups of 3 or more. Travel fees are included in the invoice.
Online services:
Must be paid in full to secure booking. Payment is invoiced and paid via direct debit.
